Isabel was very close to her tight knit family. Pre-deceased by brothers, Arnold Duncan, George “Buddy” Duncan, and Sister Emma Kerr. She will be missed by sisters, Martha, Flora,(Lou), Claire, Elsie, Anna-Lea, Rollie),Sally, Gail, Nancy(Earl), and Brother William Duncan.

A huge thankyou to Russ , and Sue Parson and family for their love, care and laughs over the years as Isabel loved you as family neighbours and friends.

After her marriage to Bruce June 11 1955 Isabel worked tirelessly and lovingly raising four children in Toronto, Brampton, Grand Bend, and finally Cambray Ontario where Bruce and Isabel managed the Lindsay Municipal Airport. Her caring nature led her into being a caregiver with Para Med, in Lindsay Ontario for many elderly patients and a librarian at Cambray Public Library where she touched many lives in a positive way young and old. Isabels baking prowess was known far and wide especially the yummy butter tarts. In her later years she loved her flower gardens, enjoyed spending time with her friends and spent many holidays returning to Flatlands.

So sorry to hear of Isabel's passing. She was one of the first friends I made when I first moved to the Cambray area, and always had a smile that shone like none other. My thoughts are with all the family

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Isabel, she was such a warm and caring person. I met her working with the Victoria county Library system. Bruce and I have common ancestors, I had always planned to get in touch with Isabel and do some ancestry, unfortunaly this will not happen now. My grandparents are buried in Mount Nebo Cemetery, so I will be able to visit on my next trip to Springbrook, Isabel will be missed by many.
